WAAYS is the first crowd-coaching platform for sports. We are an online marketplace for sports-knowledge in form of a freemium based video platform.

We bring together coaches and athletes from all kinds of sports, worldwide. We curate all sports knowhow in just one location, accessible for everybody who is interested in learning a new type of sports, getting better at it, or having sports knowhow of their own that is worth sharing.

The crucial element to WAAYS is the ‘crowd coaching’ approach.
We open the sports coaching market to everybody!

WAAYS makes it super easy for everybody - from hobbyists to Olympians, to have their own platform for their knowledge and a serious revenue opportunity based on their knowhow!
We get rid of unnecessary entry barriers into the coaching market: we offer easy to create coaching products, access to a sports interested audience worldwide and the possibility to generate revenue, enabling everyone to start sharing their knowledge with others.

For consumers, our guided browsing experience, easy comparability between courses and social networking features to connect with your coaches, make finding the perfect training for you an enjoyable experience without wasting your time and money on tedious trial & error.
Having access to all knowhow right away motivates people to try out something new, or even to just get entertained by watching a bobsleighing gold-medalist explaining all technical details about their sport. This not only empowers niche-type of sports to get more attention, but also giving both acclaimed and unknown athletes at the start, active phase or the end of their career a chance to continue financing their passion for sport.

Our Story

Philipp: Michael an I met in my first company GYM AESTHETICS (a clothing brand for fitness fashion) for the first time early 2016. Michael did an internship in the field of influencer marketing. However, he wasn’t the average intern – by far.
He researched and acquired 3 major international influencers for our brand with followers in the millions singlehandedly due to his already existing international network in the field of fitness as well as his high initiative, responsibility and creativity.
Exactly the feats that I wanted in a possible business partner for my then only abstract idea of waays.
During the course of his internship, we figured out pretty quick that we were on the same wavelength – therefore I included him very early in my thought process for the idea of waays. From the first day on, he was as excited as myself about the idea. In the beginning of 2017 we wrote a business plan and started developing waays as a product. After my successful exit at GYM AESTHETICS, as we didn’t want to lose any momentum – we founded the new company right away in August 2017.
